Chad W Richardson

Chad W Richardson has led an intriguing career, growing up in the Metro Detroit area then serving as a police officer for 25 years before recruitment to work as a Special Investigator for two separate branches of the U.S. government for the next 6 years. 

As a police officer, he served various roles to include patrol, undercover narcotics, S.W.A.T., community policing and homicide investigator. And his favorite role; D.A.R.E. Officer. It is within this role, he truly felt he served the community, working with, caring for and educating thousands of children and parents. It was a true honor. 

Along the way, he became the parent of six wonderful children and married for the last 19 years to his wife, Anna. 

During his entire journey, he never gave up the dream of writing and once he "retired", another exciting chapter in his life began. He started with his field of expertise and wrote two police thrillers, Jolly Jane and The Greely Chronicles. Then, based on his experiences working with families, he wrote the tender-hearted drama, Iris Valley. 

As a resident of the Atlanta, Georgia area and booming film market, he started working in the film industry as a fascinating hobby which soon grew into a desire to try his hand at screenwriting. Thus, for the last 10 years he has worked hard to hone his craft which ultimately led to his first feature film as Writer/Director; Bad Senator. 

Today, he continues to write, dream and inspire his children to chase their own dreams.
